Dimitris Leivadas

Restaurant Manager, The Fat Duck

Dimitris was born in Greece in 1979. He studied Marketing & Management in Hospitality at the Technological Educational Institute of Athens. He then spent some time in Barcelona working for Derby Hotels Collection as a scholar of the E.U. Program “Leonardo da Vinci – Leo Theses 2000-2002.

Hospitality and gastronomy has always been his great love. He worked for several Greek and foreign famous restaurants like L’Abreuvoir, Kiku, Matsuhisa Mykonos and Nobu@Badrutt’s Palace St.Moritz. In 2008 he moved to the UK to join The Fat Duck of Heston Blumenthal (renowned for its three Michelin stars). Within a few years he was promoted to Restaurant Manager.

He is a member of the Royal Academy of Culinary Arts and the Academy of Food and Wine service. He currently leaves in Berkshire, UK.
